Ever since I started thinking about publishing my comics, I realized that translating them into English would be crucial to getting them read by a wider audience.
But my English is quite scholastic, so I've always been looking for someone to help me in the process of refining the texts. And I found a lot of them, willing to help me with no other reward than glory (apart from the brief parenthesis of patreon, I never earned a penny from all this, and I could not afford to pay other people).
Willibrordus is just the latest in a long line of proofreaders, but he's the first (don't hold it against the others) with whom I've been able to discuss comics as Media and who has given me so many interesting insights into how to improve my work.
He was also interested in the 3d world, and working with me deepened his interest, so here we are:
He's now a 3d artist with more contacts than me, accepting commissions (I think it's full to the next century though), and has done a lot of stuff that I encourage you to go check out.
Hi Giginho, I thank you very much for this shoutout.
RispondiEliminaI have enjoyed doing this language work for your comics.
As long as I can assist as such I will keep trying to make time for it.
Early access to the material and my name on the cover is enough for me.
This small advert for my gallery at DeviantART is greatly appreciated,
and I hope some of your fanbase find me that way.
Many thanks
Willibrordus.
